3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates
• Final pricing may change after inspection
• Quotes valid for 14 days

4. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed once agreed
• We may reschedule if necessary

5. Payment

• Deposit may be required
• Full payment due after completion

6. Cancellations

• 24-hour notice required
• Late cancellations may incur fees

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to workspace
• Ensure water and electricity
• Remove personal items

8. Warranty

We offer a limited 2–3 year warranty covering workmanship only. It does not cover misuse, damage, or normal wear.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improper use after service. Liability is limited to the service cost.

Results depend on original surface condition. Minor imperfections may remain.
